Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy in case you are not happy with the received product.

Within 14 days, you can request to return the goods, provided the item is in its original resalable condition.

The resalable condition refers to your item being in the same condition as when you received it, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

If the request is accepted, we'll send further instructions on how and where to send the return items. Any item sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or entertained.

Damages & Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can take swift action.

Exception Or Non-Returnable Items

・The followings are not eligible for returns/exchange

・Any items reported after 14 days from the date of receipt.

・Any items from which sealing has been removed, regardless of whether they were defective on arrival.

・Any item with an obvious sign of use or that has been opened.

・Any items not in original condition, such as damaged or missing parts, are not due to our error.

・Any items returned without any approval from our customer service will not be accepted.


Regarding a return request due to the customer's change of mind, the shipping fee is borne by the customer, and the initial shipping fee deduction will be applied according to Tata Sensory's return policy.

Shipping

Please kindly pay the return fee in advances as COD can not be used for both local and international shipping.

The amount of the product will be refunded to the customers once parcels are arrived at our inventory and checked by the relative team.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive the return item and inspect it to let you know if it is eligible or approved for a refund.

If approved, you'll be automatically approved for a full refund based on your original payment method.

Please take note that it will take a few working days for the bank or credit card company to process and complete the refund process.

Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.

All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
